garlic-habañero shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1 lb medium-sized raw shrimp, peeled + deveined
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 8 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 habañero, finely minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
  1. preheat the oven to 400º
  2. in a medium sized bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients
  3. add the shrimp to the marinade mixture + let sit for 10 minutes to marinate
  4. place the shrimp, including the marinade, into an oven safe dish. cook in the oven for 7 minutes
  5. remove from the oven + let sit for 5 minutes before serving
  6. serve with sliced baguette for soaking up broth
